The Handwriting Test is a counterintuitive test for strategic personnel selection, developed by the Psychology of the Writing to assess potential, integrity, and self-defeating tendencies in behavior.
tHT is natural and objective, it is neither manipulable nor invasive, and its reliability index has a certainty of 98.3 %.
The Handwriting Test reveals the non-evident talent and the real capacity to carry out the work, allowing a greater breadth in the effective search for suitable candidates because it allows a better selection that is not limited by filters such as age range or lack of experience.
tHT corrects problems that have not been solved, such as: high turnover, absenteeism, poor performance, talent drain, poor service, poor conflict management, labor disloyalty, etc.
From March to August 2016, a study was carried out to verify the effectiveness of tHT through a conglomerate of multinational companies, applying the Handwriting Test to 400 candidates who successfully passed the selection processes that used the most advanced personnel evaluation tools.
tHT verified that the most reliable recruitment processes only achieved a success rate of 59 % and identified an alarming 41 % risk of job failure that could not be detected by any other available resource.
