» ¿Reemplaza la entrevista? No. El TdE y la PAI no reemplazan la entrevista de trabajo. Tampoco sustituyen la verificación de conocimientos, experiencia, condiciones físicas o competencias técnicas requeridas para el cargo. Su función es actuar como filtros complementarios dentro del proceso de selección, aportando información adicional para una toma de decisiones más segura y fundamentada. La decisión final corresponde siempre al empleador.
» ¿Para qué cargos conviene? El TdE y la PAI pueden aplicarse a cualquier tipo de cargo, ya sea operativo, administrativo, directivo, comercial o eventual. Su utilidad radica en aportar información complementaria sobre el perfil laboral y los factores de riesgo del candidato, independientemente del nivel o naturaleza del cargo a desempeñar.
» ¿Qué muestra se necesita? Para realizar la evaluación, se requiere una muestra de escritura elaborada en papel bond blanco tamaño carta, sin líneas, utilizando bolígrafo estándar con tinta azul o negra. La muestra debe realizarse bajo condiciones adecuadas: sobre una superficie plana, con postura natural e iluminación suficiente. Se solicita escritura continua, con una extensión mínima de 15 renglones, sobre un tema libre preferiblemente orientado al contexto laboral. La muestra debe enviarse en formato PDF, JPG escaneada a 300 dpi o mediante fotografía clara, sin distorsión, sombras o pérdida de nitidez.
» ¿Cuánto tarda el proceso? La toma de la muestra de escritura suele requerir entre 5 y 10 minutos. Los resultados generalmente están disponibles el mismo día, en un lapso menor a 2 horas.
